GDPR
The (GDPR) consists of a European Union (EU) regulation, regarding the processing of personal data and privacy. The aim is to strengthen the protection of personal data of EU citizens and residents, both inside and outside the EU borders, and give the control of their personal data back to them. This, by simplifying the regulatory environment of international affairs, and by unifying and homogenizing privacy legislation within the EU. This means that even companies outside the European Union must comply with these rules in their relations with EU citizens.
The rights regarding the management of personal data specified in the GDPR, apply to all people from the age of 16, residing in the territory of the European Union.
All individuals have the right of protection of their own personal data. Such data must be processed, according to the principle of loyalty, for specific purposes and on the basis of the consent given by the person involved or by another legitimate foundation established by law.
In particular the rights of these individual, as far as the management of their personal data is concerned, are the following:
- Right of access to data
- Right to data rectification
- Right to data deletion
- Right to limit the use of data
- Right to object
- Right to data portability
- Right to withdraw consent

In case a company does not respond to requests on time, PrivacyFed offers to all users the possibility to report an abuse. The Gold subscribers will receive support for legal proceedings under the Law.
Data and consent
All data are stored in an encrypted and protected PrivacyFed database for correct functioning of the application.
PrivacyFed, by statute, will never sell or transfer any personal data contained therein to others.
GDPR delivers the data in question within 30 days, period which can be extended by another 30 days but only for particular cases. Consequently the data will be available on the panel in a period of time between 30 and 60 days, after research has started.
All subscribers can modify and update their data, in any moment, with the use of the PrivacyFed application, thus avoiding having to contact any service supplying company.
All members can revoke their consent through the application panel at any time; but revoking the consent to the use of data will cause interruption of the service provided by the company.
Registration and Payments
THE GDPR has established that the management of personal data can be autonomously starting from the age of 16.
The services granted by PrivacyFed are differentiated by choice of subscription. Free access (Free subscription) allows you to verify the presence of your data – once these have been entered and certified – with the companies which are already participating to the project. Their number is constantly increasing. The other services are subject to payment, as they require the use of a specific database designed and optimized by PrivacyFed, in order to maintain the highest possible performance level together with the maximum flexibility possible in the management and composition of the fields in the services and profiles sections.

Subscriptions will last for one year from the moment they have been activated. Free access has no expiry date.

Companies can design any type of service they need through the PrivacyFed application, by choosing the type of data required from their users, by editing any request for consent, for their own purposes, and by combining these elements, to increase the level of management of the relationship with their users. Subscription to PF also allows them to receive updated information on any changes in consent to personal data, together with extrapolation of data sets according to their needs. PrivacyFed is able to provide for personalized solutions for any type of company.
Today transparency in data management is subject to increasing requests from the customers. Companies who join PrivacyFed, receive simplification of processes, with a return on image, obtaining more transparent and profitable relationships with their customers. In addtion to all this, they will also receive updated and targeted databases, simplification of bureaucratic fulfillments and elimination of risks of economic sanctions.
